Through this experience we have also been led by a great Realtor, David Lorti. David has met my expectations of a professional and has been very easy to communicate with. Considering how challenging I know I can be at times this review of him is really top notch. Additionally, I am very proud of Tim in his awareness of our needs and his willingness to move us through the process. Tim participation is truly a blessing. Especially since my job, currently doesn't allow me to take on personal projects. BUT things are changing.....
My supervisor is resigning on the 23rd. Internally I am next in line to take her place. This is both good and bad. Good because I can make some changes to the department and have a significant pay increase. Bad because I don't want and never have wanted the responsibility that goes with the position. Soo I am taking it, one day at a time, and see what happens. Yeiks!
Some wonderful events that we are also expecting this year are:
- 2 babies- One from Shayna and Trevor due late march-- I think.... and one from Michelle and Sergio due late August.
- 2 planned family gatherings, we are planning the Garner Family Weekend, and are assisting in Dad's 60th Birthday. The 60th was supposed to include a short vacation/reunion. But we will see how it comes about.... There is sooo many factors and variables to consider. And no one has time to plan.
- Michael's Baptism, we're hoping during spring break.
- Tim caring for Joyce for a week in April (I'm worried about this one); while Layne runs the Boston Marathon.
- Welcoming the Ryan Garner family back to AZ, once Ryan gets accepted into his Masters Program.
- And celebration of Melissa's divorce--- the sooner the better.
We are looking forward to this exciting and crazy year. And hope for even more 2009 events.
