The Black Hole
We are in the black hole with the house we are interested in. Our Realtor has introduced us to that term. The bad thing is that I don't like to be in the dark too long. We really hope for some change. The AZ summer is fast approaching.... hurry up seller's banks. You are taking too long. ;)
